Configure the search page with no results
Configure Indexa no-result messages for each language and add contact channels so shoppers can ask for help when a product is not found.
Localized no-result message
Open “Widget → Zero Results Page”. Set the no-results message in each store language and save. Suggest another spelling or a shorter query without promising unavailable products. Test a query that has no catalog matches.
Contact channels
Enable contact channels and fill in the available contact details, title and description in each language. Check every phone number, messenger address or link on desktop and mobile. Save and verify the links in a real no-results search. Review frequent missing queries under “Analytics → Queries without results” to improve the catalog and synonyms.
