Account language, time zone and security in Indexa

Set your Indexa dashboard language and time zone, edit your profile and configure password, Google login and two-factor authentication.

Interface language

Open the profile menu in the top bar → Settings. Choose the interface language and save. Navigation, messages and documentation links use this language. Catalog and widget languages are configured separately in search settings.

Time zone

In account settings, select your time zone and save. Dashboard dates, analytics periods and scheduled actions use it. Check this setting before comparing a daily report with statistics or choosing a report delivery time.

Profile and secure login

Open “Profile” to edit the available personal details, change your password or connect Google login. When changing a password, enter the current password, a new password of at least eight characters and its confirmation.

To enable two-factor authentication, scan the setup QR code with an authenticator app and confirm the six-digit code. Keep access to the app for future logins. To disable 2FA, follow the confirmation form in your profile.
