How to add smart search to CS-Cart
Connect smart search to CS-Cart or Multi-Vendor through the storefront layout settings.
Prepare the catalog and code
Connect your product feed in Indexa and wait for the catalog to load.
In “Widget → Integration”, enter the website URL and copy the universal code.
Add the search code to CS-Cart
Open “Design → Layouts” and select the required storefront.
In the default layout, open the “Custom HTML code” field for the head section.
Paste the complete Indexa code. Use “Copy to other locations” when it should apply to other layouts.
Save the changes and preserve existing code. Do not repeat the same script in several installation fields.

Open your store, then use “Check installation” in Indexa. Select the desktop and mobile search elements and save.
Search for a product, follow its link and close the widget. Repeat on the home, category and product pages.
For multiple storefronts, check the code in each required store. Different language versions can also have separate head settings.
