How to add smart search to Adobe Commerce / Magento
Add Indexa search to Magento 2 or Adobe Commerce using the HTML Head settings for the relevant store view.
Prepare the catalog and code
Connect your product feed in Indexa and wait for the catalog to load.
In “Widget → Integration”, enter the website URL and copy the universal code.
Add the search code to Adobe Commerce / Magento
Open “Content → Design → Configuration”.
Choose the required store view and click “Edit”.
Under “Other Settings → HTML Head”, find “Scripts and Style Sheets”. Paste the complete Indexa script while keeping existing code.
Click “Save Configuration” and refresh outdated caches in “System → Cache Management”.

Open your store, then use “Check installation” in Indexa. Select the desktop and mobile search elements and save.
Search for a product, follow its link and close the widget. Repeat on the home, category and product pages.
For multiple store views, check each required view. If the browser reports a Content Security Policy block, ask your maintainer to allow the required script; do not disable all site protection.
