Indexa plans, payments and automatic renewal

Choose a plan and pay#

Open “Tariffs” to compare features and limits, then select the plan for your store. Under “Payments”, check the selected plan and paid-until date, choose an available payment period and review the total before proceeding to payment.

If you have a promo code, activate it in the payments page and check the resulting offer. Available periods, discounts and plan changes are shown in the dashboard; use these current values rather than prices from old messages. Payment history shows whether a payment is pending, paid, failed or refunded.

Manage automatic renewal#

If automatic renewal is active, its controls appear on the payments page. Cancel automatic renewal there to stop the next renewal; access remains available until the end of the paid period. Check the status and paid-until date after cancellation. Canceling renewal does not refund previous payments.
